7/Aug/2008 - Enjoy the best business breakfast in MK at no cost
Mark Orr - The Printing & Mailing Company Limited
Summer Holidays mean that some of the members of the Business Growth Club are away. Luckily for you that means that they have already paid for a breakfast that you can enjoy in their place.
The Business Growth Club meets at The Parkside Hotel in Woughton on the Green every Friday morning with the aim of all members helping each other to grow their businesses. We start at 7.30am and are usually finished by about 9am. Although the atmosphere of our meetings is very relaxed, all the members are very serious about growing their businesses.
Your breakfast will be cooked to your order so you don't have to put up with the usual dried up buffet style breakfast and you can have any vegetarian option you feel like. It is then waiter served at the dining table together with lots of fruit salad and toast.
The breakfast normally costs £10 but if you are quick you can come free tomorrow. Please contact me directly on 07903 655 169 or email mark@printingandmailing.co.uk. I look forward to hearing from you. |

26/Jul/2008 - Do you know anybody who needs to rent a very nice one bedroom flat in MK?
Mark Orr - The Printing & Mailing Company Limited
We have a one bedroom fully self contained annex at our house in Downhead Park, Milton Keynes. It has just been fully refurbished with new carpets and decoration throughout and is now ready to let.
The flat has a nice bright light lounge with views over the paddock. There is a small double bedroom, also with views over the paddock. The bathroom has a quality suite and tiling. There is a large landing area that can be used for dining or as a study. The kitchen is very large and well appointed for the size of the property and includes built in fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and oven with ceramic hob and stainless steel extractor fan.
The flat is furnished in a modern style with a black leather sofa, nest of side tables and TV with stand in the lounge. There is a round marble topped table with two chairs in the separate dining area. The double bed is brand new and there is a small beech chest of drawers to match the beech doors in the bedroom. The bedroom also has a large built in wardrobe.
The flat will be rented as an all inclusive package. This means that there will be no bills to pay. We will pay the gas, electricity and water as well as the Council Tax. The monthly rental including all these bills is £650.
We would like to let this flat to someone who takes some pride in their home and will look after it. If you know anybody who may be interested it is available to view now. We have owned this flat for 6 years and have had two tenants for three years each. On both occasions the very first person to see it immediately took it.
I look forward to hearing from anybody directly by phone on 07903 655 169 or by email to mark@printingandmailing.co.uk. Thanks. |

21/Jul/2008 - Do you know anyone who would like to sponsor a possible future F1 Champion?
Sarah Setterfield - Impact4Success
Christopher Setterfield is a 15-year old with a talent to go far in motor racing. Having started his karting career competitively only 9 months ago, Christopher is already making serious threats to well established youngsters who have been racing for many years.
Currently competing in the televised BRDC Stars of Tomorrow Championship (which gave us Lewis Hamilton) at circuits both in the UK and Europe, Christopher continues to develop his racing credentials against some of the country’s best young karters.
Because of his success Christopher has recently formed a partnership with Tress4Good.com an eco-friendly company who plant Jatropha trees in Borneo to balance out Christopher’s Carbon footprint. Chris is the first junior karter to become carbon neutral and is regularly appearing in the press because of this.
In order for Chris to take his karting to the next level he needs sponsors who are keen to be aligned with a potential champion. This is an exciting opportunity for a company to not only support Chris through the ranks, but also a way of helping the environment.
For every £500 Chris receives in sponsorship he will, with the help of Trees4Good.com plant an additional 50 trees which any sponsor will be able to use to offset their company’s carbon footprint.
The local press are very supportive of motor racing which means that a sponsors brand will regularly be represented in print as well as in the national racing press.
If you would like to know more about Chris, please visit his website www.chrissetterfieldracing.co.uk or call him on 01908 375371.
Chris is an articulate young man and would represent an excellent investment in terms of PR as well as excitement and the involvement in a young man's dreams!
If you know anyone who may be interested in any form of sponsorship, please do pass on our details. We have supported Christopher this far but to be the best he needs further support.
Many thanks Sarah Setterfield |
