The number of words - up to a maximum of 500, (if you have several images to include, the number of words should be decreased). The editor has the right to edit copy submitted. If you prefer, you may submit a jpeg (300dpi please) or article complete. The dimensions of the space to be filled are approx. Width: 13cm x Height 22cm. Please submit copy to the .
Photographs - These may be submitted in hard copy or jpg form (images to be 300dpi if possible). Please indicate on the copy submitted, the space and position of photo if to be used if you have a preference.
Deadline - For copy deadline, check the newsletter page. Deadline dates are also published on the back page of each issue.
Inserts - The sponsor package includes one flyer to be included in with the newsletter, or if you prefer, may be included in the next issue following. These should be forwarded directly to the Newsletter Distributor (see Contact Us page) by 4pm on the Inserts deadline for inclusion. The print run (number of copies) for the specific issue is listed on the newsletter page. Please check this figure, for the quantity of flyers you need to supply. The Inserts deadline is also listed on the newsletter page, and on the back of each issue.
Website - The package includes your logo to be displayed on the home page of Women in Enterprise website linking through to a full page. This page can include a picture plus up to 500 words approx. Please liaise with our
